Return Policy:
1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for online purchases only.

3. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to be eligible for return.

In-Store Purchases:
Please note that products purchased through walk-in at our store are NOT returnable.

IMPORTANT: Before leaving our store, please carefully inspect your purchases to ensure they are correct and in good condition. We will not accept returns or exchanges for in-store purchases.

Refund Policy:
1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
2. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or sent in error.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Exceptions:
1. Personal care and intimate products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
